Beyond the Xs, I think they operate a Premier Jet in addition to a few newer King Air 200s and 350s. Rumor was that they might also order some bigger airplanes (G450s and even Falcon 7x) but I have no confirmation. I think XOJet ordered something like 20 new Citation Xs - not certain about the exact number though. I imagine they will do a lot of supplemental flying to cover the broken Netjets Xs and Sovereigns...
I looked into XOJET and went through their interview process. I didn't go that route in the end, but was very pleased at what I saw. Sure, they're young and growing, but the folks that I met at their corporate offices were very educated, dedicated, and smart. I know there are growing pains, but their leadership seems pretty dedicated to pulling this off. Their CEO, Paul Touw, has the golden touch. Whatever he touches seems to turn to money.
