Does anyone else find this funny? A regional with a "great" contract?

Actually, after leaving XJT and sampling two airlines since then, they do have a surprisingly great contract for a regional. I wish I had some of thier trip trading rules, swap rules, red flag days, and the entire vacation section here at Delta. XJT hands down has EVERY airline beat in the vacation section. I always got at least 21 days off with each 7 block day of vacation and I was never really senior there. If you were senior, you could do 21 days off and get 90 hours pay for the month.

That is the keywords. There really is no such thing as a regional with a GREAT contract. Compare it to Mesa, sure, it's great.

Little poll here. Does your company train on 12/24-12/25?

AA: Yes. Just another two training days. FA's don't, and get this, neither do the cafeteria people :smash:

What's your company do?

Not worry my AA friend, soon IBM will be doing the pilot-training at AA. Maybe they will decide not to train on x-mas day.

Training on Christmas!? Aye Carumba!

What Scrooges... or would that be Screwges?
