Any thoughts???

Sure, if you want to go to Nigeria, then the choice is easy!!

I'm not sure you can make a comparison.

Watch out for Aerocontractors of Nigeria I hear they're PFT. You might want to consider Trans Etheopian Airways. Nice equipment and quick upgrades. The have XJT beat on all levels.

XJT is in the US, the other airline is in Etheopia. Well I guess if you think Ethopia has the US beat, then your statement may be true. For me, the US has it by a mile :)

(and what kind of name is that??? Poopy pants?)

I looked into it and it's actually Pay For Warfare Training. But, their malaria and ebola medical plans are excellent. They are supposed to start taking deliveries of brand new 1st generation Comets, and upgrade in the DC-2 isn't long....

It's just a tough decision.

Hey, Lagos is a garden spot. XJT has a base at EWR though, which makes it competitive.

At Air N, the FA's all have peircings so the company will let you keep yours too.

With Continentals new Lagos Authority XJT is going to start flying CLE-Lagos with connecting services to Tunis, Addis Ababa, and Marracesh with owr new EMB-145 XXXRs ( you should see the size of those winglets)

STOP!!!

Here is a warning about Aerocontractors I found on another forum. Apparently, it is a scam!!

"If you received the following email please do not respond this is a scam. They have emailed users on AvCanada 4 or 5 times in the last two years. They try to get you to send money for travel to a specific travel agency. The scam can be read on many other sites by doing a simple yahoo or google search.
I notice they are including www.avcanada.ca in the email now.

Stay away!!! Go to XJET!

Whoa--- That was serious--

I thought some one was just joking around.
you just never know some times--- I figured some one was just being a wise@$$

Why did you post a picture of the good aircraft.

I had the opportunity to spend six months there and I highly recommend that you try it out so you can appreciate where it is you live now.

I took some ex Eastern guys over there and had to battle to get them out when things did not exactly work out. The Embassy smuggled them out. Then again, I had a tech rep there and he took his US compensation and lived quite well until he got aids.

Happiness in Lagos is V1.........

An ad for a 737-700 capt just popped up today on climbto350, Cameroon, and you'd get the princely sum of $3500/mo. !!! Time on type required ( of course ). Ummmm giddy-up !!!

Forgot to add...room and board included.

Hi pilots Aero contractor is a good company owned by a Dutch company. Mostly a helicopter operator flying the latest equipment in one of the most advance oil drilling and exploration industries in the world.
You will not be lonely there as the industry has a fair share of Americans, Europeans and Austrialians working there.
Cdog hooked you up with the real website but quit dreaming of flying that 737-300 it goes very senior on the seniority list, or it may be a dry lease.
Nigeria is alright to live in and you will be treated well and be reasonably safe. Some scam artist exist like those that did the advert in Avcanada. That is a fishy advert.
Goodluck with aero contractors, always looking for Dash 8 driver's and you can check out Bristow helicopters who operate the Do 328 jet. Minimum time for job 5000hrs.

Ok, look, guys, I think some people may have gotten lost here, this was meant to be a joke.

I would never serisouly consider XJET......
