And we know who is flying the Blue ridge planes. I wouldn't mine getting my hands on one of those XRs.

XJT is not Blue Ridge and aside from attempting some branded flying bares no resemblance to it. CHQ will not be getting our planes and will in fact be reducing CAL flying as CRJs are returned and block hours are reduced. Furloughs may or may not occur, only our mgt. knows. Speculation is pointless.

Wow, watching you guys is like living thru Independence Air all over again. Good luck!

Why? We have several lines of business making money. If we shut down Branded we would be profitable immediately, smaller but profitable. Our Branded product is a small percentage of our flying, about 175 flights vs. several thousand for CAL/DL/Charter each day. Indy was 100% their own flying.

Wow are you drinking the Kool-Aid.....immediately profitable? How, 69 145 leases paid at a higher rate than industry standard and no place to put them.

Your branded flying is a small portion but it is the portion that lost some 60 mill in start up costs and fuel.

You guys might be able to pick up some DAL routes that Mesa lost....that could be your saving grace.

And for the last time CHQ is removing the CRJ's as per the agreement and replacing them with their 145's....so no flying loss there and our flying hours have gone up since Jan.

What a tool!!:puke: Real Classy:rolleyes: Even if XJT got reduced you can guarantee they arent going to be giving away any XR's.

Who care's about XR's now? CHQ has no interest in XJT planes for multiple reasons. CHQ isn't going to take a dive on the CAL flying. CAL is paying for all of the 145s to be upgraded to LR2s. Weight restrictions go out the window on those things. Secondly CHQ owns their planes. This has it's ups and downs. Good for keeping value up until the market starts getting flooded with them then we can't get rid of them. XJT leases all their planes. There's no reason CHQ would want to lease planes. Unless of course they could get 145s for the pennies they pay for the CRJs.

I do not drink kool aid. Branded and some pro rate Delta flying is the only part of our business losing money. If we shut it down we would be profitable, it's a pretty simple concept. Where did you get the idea that our lease rates were above the industry? The lease calculations are based on 2% rate increase over those still in the CAL CPA.

"The Chautauqua
CPA has a five year term with respect to ten aircraft and an average term of 2.5 years for the balance of the aircraft,
with the first aircraft exiting the agreement in late 2008." -CAL Annual report.
