XJT Phone Interview

I'm in the same boat, I got a call to send my resume last Tuesday, and still no return call. At first I thought it was because I just meet minimums, but now it appears I am not the only one waiting for a call. I'll leave a post if I hear anything.
 
Well they called me a little bit ago, must have been on a break from interviews, but I wasn't around my phone so hopefully I hear back later today.
 
Likewise I was called to fax in my resume last friday and still waiting, I feel better that I'm not the only one. Aviationinterviews.com has a few postings regarding the phone interview seems vmc is is a popular topic along with things like MEA MOCA and such things. i'll keep everyone posted if I get a call
 
just talked to Dawn and did the phine interview, mostly background questions and verify time. Tech ? were on MEA Holding MSA....interview scheduled 1st part of NOV.

I sent mine in Friday afternoon to and didnt get a call yet .. Paitiently waiting (well.... sort of) ... What times did you have?? Im ATP 3434 TT 966 ME 380 Turboprop and BE200 Flight Saety Trained and BE1900 Typed
 
They told me they had received my pilot resume and they had some questions for me and for me to call back, which I did and haven't heard back yet, I'll call again tomorrow.

No problem with age, I was in class with a guy who just turned 19. He would have been the most senior FO in the company but decided to go to SkyWest.

XJT has no prob with low time guys. My class had anywhere from 550TT up to 3500TT and everywhere in between. The guy with 550 didn't even have a CFI.
 
I was looking at Aviationinterviews.com there were a few guys that posted that they were sent home becuase they were not currently employed as pilots even though they were current and met Expressjet's 6 month minimum. Most of these were before the lower minimums so maybe the philosphy has changed. There was also some post's about logbook issues, one guy was sent home because he had King Air time that was logged as dual which is legal to log but they dont seem to like time in airplanes you dont have formal training. I have training in the 90 model king air and I also have time(logged as dual) in the B200 which i did not go through a formal class it's only about 30 of my 250 hours of multi but I'm going to call to see how they want it on the grid sheet. I'll keep ya posted. Also if you have another phone number listed on your online app or resume keep that line open as well, when they called me to fax my resume they called me at home, when Dawn called for the phone interview she called me on my cell phone and I was at home at the time, I almost did not answer until I recognized the area code.
 
Well finally happened .. Got the call from Dawn about 45 min ago. Nice conversation, Asked if I was currently employed flying... Whats a MORA? Whats an accumilator? Any failed check rides? Holding speeds? How much multi time in the past 12 months? How much multi time was actual instruments?...... Invited for an interview on 5 November...

When it rains it must pour, cause I got the call as well. Similar questions: failed checkrides, accident/incident, holding speeds, O2 requirements, MAP in an ILS, and MEA. Plus multi-12months, and actual instrument. Offered an interview on Nov. 9, Thanks for the help!

I think your right .. Its been a long wait but should be worth it .. I am gonna work my back side off to get ready for this interview. And at least we dont have to take the physical that Eagle folks do!
Lets keep in touch and see how we do through this...
