XJT new bases

We will be opening up 16 cities; the farthest east is AUS, for the point to point. ONT will be the focus, and some of the destinations being SMF, SAN, ICT, OKC, OMA, BFL. It will all be point-to-point, and staying out of direct competition of anybody else.
They already have Amadeus as our new computer res system, and for booking they have Orbitz on board, as well as travel agents, and xjet.com for all and only one-way tickets (bizarre). In addition interline agreements with carriers have been put in place for code-shares and recommendation.

I don't hate the company I work for or any of its employees . I'm just frustrated, as I think we all are, from waiting for some "big announcement" that will finally abate some of the rumors.

thats the second time ponchus has posted some Rumors. Must be a new guy jumping on the rumors. It may have some truth to it but its all rumors till it his papers, not thr crackpipe or the FI.

Hopefully we will hear something soon enough. The new paint job has been released though!!:beer:

Nothing has been announced...but if you were a betting man (or person...sorry...that wasn't pc), I would go with the ONT base as our friend started the post with. I don't know about the cities except for SMF...the others I'm not sure.

ONT-SMF ????? Now thats the way to stay out of the big guys way. There
are only 12 Southwest non stop flights currently in the market. Great idea!!!

did you not read my last post about the paint job looking better than if it said being operated by CHQ on it dont you think. That wouldnt make you just throw up but more like blow chunks. uke:

I would rather fly it painted like a turn then let another company have the planes and you be out of a job. JMHO

I remember that two or three months ago management wasn't denying that 25 airframes were headed south of the border, either. I'm not saying; I'm just saying.
