XJT Leave of Absence

Does XJT have a Leave of Absence (LOA)? If so, for how long? Also, I understand there is a lot of flying now, which may prevent the company from offering an LOA, but how difficult is it to get one aside from that?

Anyone know how the process works at American Eagle? I'd imagine asking for time away in the current hiring environment may not go over well with the CP.
