According to Jim Reams voicemail XJT will be hiring 300 pilots this year. Out of 420 pilot recalls only 260 will be returning. So XJt training will be gearing up for new hires....

Good news finally!!!
 
There will be 3 or 4 new hires in the class of recalls that starts on Feb 16th.

Classes will run indefinitely thereafter.
