Middle mgt as well as UPPER MANAGEMENT! BH is in way over his head. Part of the 'good old boy's club at SKYW I guess. If St George was serious about this mess they'd be doing something to straighten it out, and keeping BH in place isn't being totally serious. Actually surprised Delta hasn't stepped in. They've done it in the past.

SHU has been in over their collective heads for quite a while. Nepotism, favoritism, and a whole host of other dysfunctional isms are finally coming home to roost. SKYW Airline is now using fear and intimidation along with the SAPA group to motivate the pilot group. Unfortunately the pilot group has become numb and many are too busy updating their logbooks to do the additional turn or fly on their day off.
This would be entertaining, if it weren't so pathetic.
