XJT, CHQ, or SKW...?

Hello all! With just over 1000/100, I've narrowed down three regionals to work for. I'm stuck between XJT, CHQ, SKW....who would you chose? Not a flaming thread, I've done the research on all the companies, just looking for opinions. Thanks in advance.

Lots of new bases at XJT. Bid just went out for SAT and LAX as well as for 64 upgrades. so now we have....

LAX
ONT
SAT
IAH
CLE
EWR

We'll know in a couple weeks whats junior/senior and how low the upgrade goes.

Given the three choices, it'd be between ExpressJet and SkyWest. Hmmm. ExpressJet has quick upgrades these days and from what I hear they have a sweet contract. I mean sweeeeet!! However, SkyWest is up there as well. Flying a 120 from north to south California and back would be fun too.
