sorry for the folks on that list. I will be suprised if all the people listed will be out for long. The funny thing is that there are people on that list, who will not be furloughed until the end of Feb, that are still listed as DTW FO's. while people Sr to them that did not get furloughed will be forced to MEM Jan 1st. So in Jan and Feb there will be people that want to be in DTW that were forced to MEM while others that are Jr will still bid DTW. I hope that someone files the big mother greivence.

Good luck to all.

Interesting note. a certain former CP is on the list to be furloughed (voluntary)

Better look at the notice again. It wasn't D. L***** it was S. L*****.

XJDriver,

Thank you for the correction. I need new glasses. I guess that means there is no interesting note.

They can't get anything right. I put in a bid for January 9th voluntary furlough and i get febuary 15th involuntary furlough. But there is junior guys to me that recieved January 9th. I don't get it.

I thought that the "voluntary furlough" numbers would be used to reduce the same number of involuntary furloughs?

18 people took the voluntary furlough. I was 16 from the top and still ended up 14 numbers deep in the furlough list................

I'm a former XJer and am curious...

What's the seniority date of junior CA going to be (ballpark) and how far back are the furloughs going?

Good luck to all of ya.

Most Feb 27 cuts are from the Feb 28, 2005 class date. If you were hired in January you are now looking at Memphis Saab. (except for those that prefered to take voluntary layoff)

Sorry date corrected...it's past my bedtime...

WMUSIGPI, just a correction. The cuts are into Feb 28th, 2005 class.

FSIGRAD, I was wondering the same thing. On the reduction award and after the furlough award, I basically have the same amount of people below me.
