Is there a list that shows what frequency to use to obtain weather information for enroute and destination weather (when too far away for ATIS) when above FL180? yes, i know I should know this, so please just provide some help. Thank you.

You can find the appropriate flight watch freq on your high altitude Jepps. I think you can find them on the back page of the AFD for that region as well. I know the AFD graphically depicts the flightwatch system.

Hope this helps.

Thank you. I was looking for the graphical depiction, one of the guys i flew with had that i didn't know where it came from. unfortunately, i don't have one. Is this graphic depiction availbe on a web page somewhere?

Probably not the most professional way to do it but in a pinch for information, just call "Flight Watch" on 122.0 and report your tail number and location. The nearest FSS will come back with a descrete frequency and you're good to go.
