was or is there a online testing center which allows you to take written exams for certificates without an instructor's sign -off?? I doubt it, was but just a question. Thanks.
 
It's the feds that don't allow that. Nothing to do with the testing center.
 
Or a ground instructor written.
 
Yeah some guy told me there was a site that allowed you to do this. I knew you had to have an instructor's signature/sign-off but I didn't want to argue...I hate to argue about aviation knowledge so I just kept quiet and decided to ask...thanks guys.
