I believe the technology is there. If we had a printout of every approach we flew on line, it could be a very useful and interesting learning tool.
I can also think of a half dozen pitfalls off the top of my head that we ought to protect against.

Thoughts?

Btw- not an off the top of my head question- the possibility is out there at least two airlines I know of.
 
NO I would not.

The point to FDAP is to analyze the data and correct as a group based on trends.

You KNOW if you're not in the slot and you know why. You don't need FDAP to tell you that.
