Would you quit because of recurrent training contract?

I'm at the bottom of the food chain and starving for flight time, but if it were me, I'd run away from that hole and tell everyone that I knew what company it was. Eventually they will run out of pilots (with PFT scums hanging out, maybe not)

No -- you're not.

But remember, it's easier to get a job when you have a job. Sign the stupid thing, keep your mouth shut, and concentrate on revenge (i.e., finding a better job). Then let them come after you.

How long is the contract term anyway? Six months? If so, you'd NEVER not be obligated, right? This is worse than indentured servitude.
