The bigget issue -- scope -- is still a bit weak. WAH promises to "grow both airlines" (NAA and World.) 90% no-furlough clause in new contract will supposedly be the incentive for not shrinking World.
Rumor of the first B747-400 on the property by the end of the year, although most guys are of the "believe it when you see it" persuasion.

Fit59 said:All pay is based on a percentage of captain pay. New hire pay used to be 35% of capt., now it is 40% I believe; plus the 5% pay raise (137.82 *1.05 = 144.71 * .40 = $57.88 first year pay).
All scope clauses are swiss cheese now-a-days... I don't like it either!
