El Raton whatever you are smoking it ain't legal.
First off you never answered the question why you never lifted a finger to help. Instead you lifted all kinds of fingers to hurt. You claim the Teamsters needed to lead but even you have to admit that's a pretty hard thing to do when you are constantly put in a position by both management and bought and paid for pilots of fighting on every front.
According to your posts this is 100% about SLI for you. The funny thing is it has been explained again and again using real examples how 99% of the list faired better under the Teamster committee plan than any other.
You claimed working conditions are not any better? You are crazy. Yes we lost a few things like midnight etc but overall what we lost were not huge factors. Personally the 1:30 vs midnight rule did not affect me once. However the ability to drop my bags at 14 is huge.
JM put out a huge list of what was better on the vuh so go read it vs me repeating it here.
Is this old Flex?.) No. But it never will be again. You need to realize we are Flight Options now under the Flexjet name. I know you have a tremendous bias against Options pilots but when are you going to see that is bought and paid for divisionary tactics and FUD from day 1? Management has tried from the announcement of the sale to create division for precisely a day like this day.
You are a smart guy. Why are you so quickly falling for the deception? Others have a personal vendetta. I understand their vision is clouded by vitriol. I consider the source and move on.
You cannot say with a straight face that MCBA was not an improvement on what was happening before it's implementation. You cannot say with a straight face that this Union hasn't protected us from what management would have done otherwise.
Could the mcba have been better? You better could have. The thing is every single person and Union leadership has admitted so. The problem stems from our lack of solidarity. You personally are to blame for a large part of that lack of solidarity not the leadership that you are trying to pin it on. I heard through the grapevine the arbitrator, when questioned why he seemed to be bought off, admitted if there was more support for this Union he might have considered broad changes. But because there was no support he decided to be as nuetral as possible and give the company the advantage when someone had to have it.
The union recently moved to mediation for Section 6 negotiations. In its decision to allow it, the NMB found overwhelmingly that management has refused to negotiate in good faith. This is a huge step toward a good contract. And now just when we seem to be getting somewhere you fools are going to swipe the rug right out from under all six hundred of us.
Just in time for Management's plan of delay, divide and deride to come to fruition. Congratulations.
