Should Duane Woerth stay, or go?

Apart from everything else when I see Woerth in interviews (on TV) he doesn't have much of a "presence." His style of speech and assertion is also quite weak. That really affects managements and the general publics perception of pilots.

He should go!! WHY? Because he can't think outside the box! He has no vision for the future of ALPA. All he is worried about is putting out all the fires he started.

1) Lack of leadership has allowed ALPA National to fragment.
2) Lack of discipline allowed a few MEC's to ignore the National Union's Constitution and Bylaws.
3) Lack of integrity - ALPA policy now encourages alter ego airlines within airlines that have ALPA members bidding against each other for jobs.
4) Lack of moral authority - 1) By favoring "preferred" members against other members in ALPA he has consistently chosen the "low road." He las locked some ALPA members out of the process of negotiating their wages and working conditions with their employers. 2) In his quest to bring more "preferred" members into "The Pilots' Union" has has staged PR events with Continental scabs and allowed scabs back into the union without a penny of back dues.
5) Lack of financial awareness - by splitting the union into fragmented work groups in constant negotiations, the union's finances are stretched to cover simultaneous ( concessionary ) contract negotiations.
6) Lack of pragmatic problem solving skills - ALPA has not addressed the real problems being brought forward in multiple DFR lawsuits. By submitting the union's dirty deeds to external review, Duane Woerth is taking a risk that the Courts will attempt to repair the results of the union's malfeasance. It is always better to fix problems internally when possible.

Even former ALPA Presidents are on record against this current leadership.
