I read that American Flyers offers it, in selected locations. I did the King CD-Rom course. Found it very thorough. Started with the Sporty's DVD course, didn't like it. Ended up selling it on ebay. King did an excellent job, and was thorough. Got a good score, and have the materials to review months/years later.
I suspect the effectiveness of the weekend schools is highly dependent on the particular instructor.
