I had a buddy that just interviewed there. Low pay considering the flying, they wanted to dual qual him but not pay him any more money. No guarantee of upgrade. From what he heard from some other guys you fly a ton, especially if they dual qual you. He said that its a revolving door of guys basically. He passed.
