Why not sue Airbus and the trees that they clipped?

So, if you're a Boeing engineer, how much did you pay the families of Flt 6? Boeing had to change a checklist after that crash.

Also, EGPWS has issues. An example is "too low flaps". My airplane will never get get "too low flaps" warning due to the speed we fly. The threshold for that is 159 knots. If we don't have landing flaps, we'll never get that slow unless we're empty.
