Why oxygen duration would increase w/altitude?

Thanks guys. That is exactly what I thought but I heard some many wacky answers out here in the field it made me question my own limited knowledge on the subject, thanks again!
 
I looked at the chart again and Mike Oxlong is correct with why the figures jump around from low to high then back to low as you increase an altitude.

In that case it does have to do with the diluter demand and the amount of O2 you are drawing from the cylinder.

My apologies to M. Oxlong!
