Why are the CNC for ASA not flying? There has been no work or sched. until last week to meet with the company, but they are not flying. There are a ton of people on ALPA leave and I tell you they are getting alot done.

Just because they aren't meeting with the company doesn't mean they aren't working for the pilots. I see them in the crew lounge all the time trying to educate the pilot group. Visit the ALPA office some time. I'm sure you will find those guys hard at work analyzing company proposals, reviewing the polling data, looking at industry standards, etc. At the very least call the ALPA office and ask them yourself. That's what I did.

You should be thanking them. I doubt that you could have sat across from the company negotiators for the past 4 years and done as well. My understanding is that they were thinking aobut coming back to the line since nothing was happening. But just because they are not meeting doesn't mean that there is nothing for them to do. They are still preparing counters for possible responses from the company. Right now ALPA has several options ready for all the possible responses from the company. And just so you know, it is the COMPANY that owes ALPA a counter. That will be the first order of business in these next meetings (which the company didn't want).

Maybe you should walk a mile in their shoes, before you post such uninformed posts! One can only question your true motives! You are making a spectacle of yourself with your attempt to inflame others with your posts that are designed to disrupt and challenge the integrity of a team which is serving you and this pilot group. They have no political agenda; they are merely following the direction that the majority of the pilot group has given them.

It's apparent that you support the MGMT Coalition. Why?

Have you ever volunteered your time to something other than keyboarding attacks on hard working pilots that are trying to achieve the goals of the majority of this pilot group? How many events have you attended to support the cause? It is obvious that you are not well informed!

The MEC and CNC have not failed this pilot group! But is obvious that you and others are attempting to undermine and advance your own personal agendas! It will not happen because the majority rules and you can be pigeon holed into that 15-20% that will always whine and attack, but are never willing to engage in purposeful actions to help yourselves and the entire pilot group.

This must simply be a sport for you! For the majority of us, it is our livelihood and career!

Give it up, your efforts are wasted, but not unnoticed!

No, it is idiots like this that have failed our pilot group. The MEC and the CNC are acting for the majority of the pilot group. How do they know this? Wilson polling, feedback from the line guys, and spending time in the crew lounge. It is the small minority like him that continue to try to divide us, and force us into a sub par contract. Fortunately at this point all guys like this do is make themselves look like fools.
