Why is EagleMed alway looking for pilots?

Why i,ve applied several times not even a call.

A lot of hiring is from internal recs. They also prefer to hire local to the base because most of the bases are cities where people dont want to live long term. Oh and they get several hundred resumes for each opening so it is a long shot if no internal rec or not local
