Why does Washington center and iAd delays

Perhaps it's just my turn in the meat grinder but it seems like Washington center holds traffic on the ground and ground stops for much less than other agencies. What gives

I have no idea what you said. Are you saying Washington Center holds planes on the ground less than other airports?
