Dear TSA Crewmember:
Your MEC has decided to let you, the TSA pilots, decide whether to accept the GoJet LOA. When I refer
to the GoJet LOA, this includes the three attachments to the LOA. You will cast one vote for the whole
package collectively. As you know, the Company and the Association have been in negotiations recently
over the terms of this LOA. Because time was of the essence, we asked the company to give us their best
and last proposal. While we had the opportunity to clarify the language, the GoJet LOA is, substantively,
the company’s last and best offer.
Here are the highlights of the GoJet Letter of Agreement and its attachments:

Extends the current agreement by four years.

Establishes pay rates for the EMB-170/CRJ-700 & EMB-190/CRJ-900.

Provides 1.5% pay bumps annually for all equipment.

Creates a single seniority list composed of TSA and GoJet pilots.

All TSA and GoJet flying will be performed by pilots on the TSA seniority list.

Attachment 2, the NMB Certification Letter, is essentially the legal mechanism which ensures the
GoJet pilots will be represented by ALPA.

Attachment 3, the Trans States Holdings Letter, ensures, among other things, that the TSA ALPA
contract will apply to GoJet and provides that if TSA or Trans States Holdings creates a carrier in the
future, it will come under the TSA CBA.
Pilots already hired by GoJet will keep the positions they have been assigned. They cannot be bumped
out of their position in the event of a reduction in another piece of equipment. They can be reduced from
their position in the event of a reduction in GoJet flying or a furlough. There are about 40 pilots who have
completed or are in GoJet training. The Company has purchased 10 CRJ-700s, with delivery expected by
December 18. Although they will not be precise, the Company has advised us they expect there will be
more growth in the 70-seat equipment.
Please read the GoJet LOA and its attachments carefully, attend the road shows, and call your
representatives if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Dario Miranda
TSA MEC Chairman

I still don’t get it, I am not trying to make waves here, I am trying to figure out why you guys would vote down a pay raise. Your mec chairman stated that this was the last chance for tsa to progress to the 70 seat market, united made it very clear that they would be flushing out the 50 seat jet. Ok I understand being furloughed out of seniority but there was only 30-35 gojet pilot on property before the vote.

You do realize that a 1.5% cost of living adjustment is less than inflation, meaning the pay rates go down in real terms every year, plus it was less of a COLA increae than they were already getting? The TSA contract has way too many holes to be extended for 4 years, in addition to all the crap that was wrong with that LOA.

Yes voting down a payraise of 1.5% was smart....expecially since every other regional is getting payraises on their contracts......not!

What kind of COLA raise are you getting now? HMMMMM?

I don't have to worry about it anymore. I rode the big wave with all of the other guys who voted with there feet and left. And I couldn't be happier.

Good luck with the contract negotiations. ALPA NATIONAL got a change in leadership, you guys will have to change the TSA MEC before anything changes for the better.

I just left too. And in terms of COLA adjustments now, yeah they're not getting any right now, but they'll get them back quicker by not extending the contract than they would if they didn't start negotiations for another four years.

Yeah, Good luck with that one. BTW anyone know how the negotiations are going?

Is DM telling everyone that they are all getting raises?

BTW the next ten pages of crap posted on this thread will probably be a complete waste of time to read..........so don't bother, just remember that only you can further your career when you think for yourself.

You're a f/king blowjob hack. Do you know that?

You are a total and complete P.O.S.

I'm surprised you passed your private. Did you suck the examiners Diick?

Unfortunately, you can hide behind this board forever, but if your mom let's you out in public I and many of my brothers/sisters will recognize your bullshhit and you should get a good pounding.

Do you have torret's or somthing?

Good luck with your 4 month upgrade. Maybe you can move up to Chautaqua or something.

Don't ever meet me in an alley on an overnight!

I say congrats to the TSA guys for not letting management pull a Mesa on them. Stick to your guns and educate the younger pilots to the pitfalls of looking at a few pennies raise over the long period of time.

This from a Former senior regional Capt.
