>>>>Why the heck would you call a GUY a C..U..N..T?

In the UK and Australia the C word is used as an insult to guys, as near as I can tell, it used from someone who is ignorant and annoying. Not particularly relevan in the US. Unless there was something else going on that we're no privy to, sounds like the controller was digging for something which wasn't there.

Now I'm sitting here wondering how many times I've said that to a controller.....probably lots

Okay....
Do the following have some sort of hidden meanings other than the chemtrail dispenser status and what's in the AIM?

"Good day."
"See ya next time."
"Thanks for the help."
"G'day"
"G'nite"
"Cancel IFR"
"G'mornin'"
"We're IMC"
"We're Popeye"
"We have hotel."
"Climbing"

Gee, last week, one of my co-workers asked me for a "base and tops report" while I was puttin' around. It was CAVU. I told her that "I'm always on top" :D

I'll probably go to jail...

Don't ty this at home kids... ;)

Sounds like someone was having a bad day. I always try to be nice to the controllers, especially the ones I talk to multiple times a day. You never know when it might come in handy.

"Popeye" = naval aviation term for IMC.
