A guy named "Jose" in Mexico City cleans our planes for half the price it cost in the U.S..

Why is he doing that?! That’s crazy; he should jump the fence and do the very same job here in the US. This way he’d be able to charge the same price yet now he’d get free health care, his kids could go to any college and only pay in-state-tuition, and he could avoid paying any taxes. Best of all; he could precede Cinco de Mayo celebrations by demonstrating on every May 1 to demand US citizenship!

Ps. Bank of Amexica would gladly lend him money to buy a nice hacienda... :(

Why so much hate toward my gardener? Unless your name is Flying Eagle, Two Bears, or Sitting Bull, you are an immigrant too. My only complaint is they should learn to speak the language our constitution is written in.

Somehow I think it's just a lighthearted joke son.

Au contraire my friend – no hate at all. …and yes, I’m definitely an immigrant myself; as a matter of fact became a US citizen only some 5 years ago! :) You see, I'm an American by choice, not by birth.

I am just extremely disappointment that while I had to follow the law and waited patiently in line your gardener jumped the fence and said “the law does not apply to me!”

What irks me even more is that so many of our allied troops have either died or have been wounded over in Afghanistan or in Iraq supporting our cause (Estonia, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, etc.) yet their relatives aren’t even allowed to come over to the US to work here legally. Instead, we routinely let in millions of illegal aliens from south of the border and every 10 years or so, we forgive them their sins and hocus pocus - make them legal.

So whether one is for or against the war itself, the fact we treat our “allies” so differently definitely ticks me off - I call it the Pro-Hispanic or Anti-European discrimination.

Btw. If your gardener is from the south of the border, he/she is a living proof that the “melting pot” of this country is irrevocably turning into a huge "chimichanga." You see, there is no way to have a “melting” pot of anything when 99% of the ingredients come from the very same source.

Like my flag? Got it just for your gardener... ;)

Can you blame some guy from "south of the border" for wanting to improve his families chances for a decent future? The blame belongs to our government for failing to properly protect our borders and the businesses that hire illegals without fear of punishment. What is it my cool black friends say..."Don't hate the playa', hate the game", although being white I may have that totally reversed.
PS. I don't really have a gardener.

- Not at all; and that's exactly why I said there's absolutely no hate involved. I do not blame them for trying to improve their lives, it's human nature to try to take care of your family first and foremost!

The blame belongs to our government for failing to properly protect our borders and the businesses that hire illegals without fear of punishment.

- Agree with you again. I voted for our president in the very first election I was allowed to participate in shortly after becoming a US citizen. I am probably one of the few remaining supporters he still got as I continue to support him on Iraq war and many other issues (I guess I’m in the 28% club? Lol).
- However, his "pretend we have a border" policy and the “amnesty” program (although he likes to call it something else) he's working on with the democrats is a slap in my face and frankly every legal alien’s face who followed the law and became a permanent resident and eventually a US citizen. So, yes it is the government I am disappointed with and not the illegal aliens.

I didn’t think you did, I just knew you’d enjoy the flag…:)

Ps. Don’t mess with MegaMama ;)

If you see FedEx planes vs UPS planes, the UPS planes seem much cleaner.

The FedEx planes always are covered with filth.

Both companies are making piles of money, but wondering if it is corporate culture thing why UPS has such clean planes vs FedEx.

Just read "Big Brown." You'll see.
