Who purchased ATA's certificate? Inquiring minds would like to know.

I seem to remember reading about an FAA policy change/rule that the FAA would no longer allow a certificate to be sold as a stand alone assett. Anyway - I could be way off but I'll try and do a search.

AirTran has filed an objection to the sale of the slots at LGA and DCA which they are currently leasing from ATA (estate).
