Who owns the 328's?

It's November 1 and ACA is done with the 328 Jets.... Anyone know who the new owner is? Are the payments being taken over by DAL or are they stuck with FLYI?

We will be done flying them at midnight tonight. The same banks will still own them. As of midnight, payment of the leases is the responsibility of delta airlines. Both Flyi and Delta will remain cosigners on the leases until delta's credit rating exceeds Flyi's, or until they or us file for ch11. The will be parked as of tonight and i have no idea what delta plans on doing with them.

Where will they be parked? Just sitting on a ramp somewhere at CVG?

Most, if not all are coming down to MYR to sit on the ramp at AvCraft's facility here. 4-5 ACA birds are already here, along with atleast a dozen PSA, and 2 Great Plains aircraft.
