I think the HR folks are Kim Daniels, and Beverely Hyter.

Correct, and John Ryder runs the pilot recruitment office. But a word of caution, don't call them. Submit a profile and let the system work, if you have a friend here let him do the calling. They have been so busy lately that the chief pilot sent out an e-mail telling us to leave them alone. If you are an applicant and call directly to the office, you may well do more damage than good. Look at the Q&A section on the website where you submit the profile, it should answer most of your questions.
