You fly 8 days a month. Begin monday night, done friday morning. I believe this is the max. Some lines do much less. 40 hours per month average. Every weekend off except a couple of lines. During 2 weeks off I build homes. Very good place.

Eight days a month? What do they do with you the other six days you're on?
 
That's about the gist of it. I don't know of anyone in my newhire class who didn't have at least 1 good internal rec.
 
Interviewed and was offered a job in October of 2004. My impression of the company was that the flight operations side was a well-run organization. I have no opinion on the quality of their business management.

I respectfully declined because I could not support a family on first year pay. Perhaps a better opportunity for someone earlier in there career with fewer financial obligations.
