Where did you get the best deal online for Serengeti sunglasses? Had mine for 5 years, lost them last week and can't live without another pair.

I have gotten some from eyesave.com. They are pretty reputable and cheaper than I could find in a mall/store, etc.

I got mine at walmart, they had lower price than what I found online.

Sportys has them in this issue for $99.....

Do a google search for "serengeti discount sunglasses". I want to say maybe "cheapsunglasses.com"? I got a pair for $80 that Sunglass Hut wanted $130 for. Don't let SH tell you they'll match an internet price, I did that and took 'em back the proof the next day and the (different) guy said no can do - so I returned them and ordered online. I'm happy. Checked out other, more expensive brands and nothing compares IMO.

Good luck

Bought a pair of Serengeti Velocity 550's from this place a month ago:

linkerino

$108.00 from them rather than the $199.00 retail or $120.00+ from other online sellers. Got all the Serengeti goodies (box, hard case, tether, etc) and had it arrive about four days after ordering.

what do you guys think of the Serengeti Prado's?

These are the same Driver lenses but without the gradient.

I am just concerned that the earpieces stick too far out for a headset... what do you think..

Serengeti Hurikanu

Just picked up a pair of Serengeti "Hurikanu" via peepers.com for $78, with 2-day FedEx came to $88. Got the black matte frame and drivers sienna brown lenses. Tried them on at Sunglass Hut first to check for fit, and I think the frame should fit well under any headset. If it doesn't work, they have a 7-day return/30 day exchange policy. Serengeti has a multitude of lens and frame combinations so I'd suggest trying stuff on before purchasing. Also, serengetieyewear.com is a good place to figure out all the lens choices.
The "drivers' gradient" lens looked interesting but unfortunately its not available in any frame style that doesnt scream "im a pilot", aka the Aviator, or in a frame that would fit well under a headset.

hope this helps

do you honestly think Serengeti makes the "BEST" aviation lens?

you think the gradient lens is MUCH better than the regular Drivers lens for flying?

I am like you, I don't particularly LIKE the frames for the gradient lenses, I really like the "Prato" model, but I am concerned these will present a real problem for use under the headset. If you check them out, you will see that the side of the frames "Bow" out from your head..
