Who gives the best opportunity to fly?

if i go into the air guard or af reserves, and my current employer says I have to work on Saturdays, can the govt or state make them change my schedule?

Check out www.esgr.org to find out exactly what protections you're entitled to as a reservist. I wouldn't make any career decisions based on internet gouge. ; )

So how exactly do I go about getting on with the Air Force Reserves or Air Guard here in the Dallas/Ft Worth area? Application process? Interview? Website? Any info would be appreciated........thanks
