Hi Everyone,
I thought I would post a link to this survey that was conducted by Career XRoads. It covers employer and job seeker surveys. It seems that internal recommendations and the internet are the largest sources of candidates for employers.
It is in .pdf format, but the information included is very comprehensive and amazing. It is long, but it is worth taking the time to read it.
While this is not a specific "aviation" survey, I thought the info might be helpful.
