Who do I address EJA cover letter to?

Just wondering who I should address my cover letter to at EJA ?

Linda Liggett ? Heather Ryan ? or someone else

My Friend gave a resume to Heather. I have emailed a resume but I would also like to send one through the mail with some LOR's.
Also does any one know the official job titles of Linda and Heather ?

Any info is greatly appreciated.
