Guys I live in Race City USA (Mooresville, NC) and this week sent out 30+ resumes to our local race teams. If you are able to tell me any of the names of race team chief pilots I would be VERY GRATEFUL. I mean very very very grateful.:)

Sincerely,

hungry for work

This should get you started:

1) Willie Nelson
2) Phil Vassar
3) Lee Ann Womack
4) Martina McBride
5) Scotty Emerick

Hope this helps.

You left out Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn!

No, unfortunately I didn't.

Unfortunately, the Lear 25 that Kix and Ronnie used to fly was recently sold, and they were let go.

Its been years since I flew for a NASCAR team. Go to Concord, Hickory or Salisbury Airport and just hang out for a week.

I think a lot of the jobs are word of mouth, or they were when I was doing it. If somebody needs a pilot, the lines guys will know.

Word of advice: Be very careful of what you fly, and who you fly it with. My old boss pencil whipped his whole log book to get the job.

By the way...didn't UNC beat State last weekend?

The brother was just trying to help.

Cold, man. Cold. :(
