Considering those tiny little boxes in the little red book, BE1 fits a heck of alot better than BE1900D. But be careful dude, your entire career hinges upon this decision, better get it right.
I think it was an honest question that kinda falls in line with a million other examples on the board. Not fearing for his job, I think the guy just said, I'm just curious, and i know what group of people if any would be able to answer a question about a mundane detail. I figure I have two cents to comment on this thread. It really depends on what information you need to extract from the logbook latter on.
For example my insurance company doesn't really care about the different models of Cessnas that I fly, they have do care if my 25 hours is in a S-2A, B or C
Same thing with complex high performance singles, and twins, they suddenly seem to care if you have it in a Be-56 or 58. Kind of stupid, but you log based on who needs to be able to read you log book latter on.
