I know that CHQ and XJT don't make you give up your seniority number. Eagle does from what I have heard. Can anybody give me info on ASA, Comair, Horizon, Skywest, Pennacle, Air wisky, and TSA or any others.

Trans States does not make you give it up (seniority that is).
 
AWAC will make you give it up. Why exactly are you worried about it if all you have flown is a 1900 I would think that moving to any of the regionals in your list would be an improvement.
 
I believe that ASA does not require resignation of seniority number.

I believe that COMAIR does require resignation of seniority number.
