Contratulations! Just make sure you read all the fine print before deciding. (ie overtime, training on days off, extra pay for holidays, vacations, company paid medical insurance) vs. a long upgrade....I think your answer will become crystal clear.

Net jets....

much better rules... seniority based system (read no bubba club) and rules to have the company pay you for your time and effort...not just a salary like you'll get at CS. You don't get reimbursed for tips you give to the fbo's and many other incentives that require the company to pay you when you get screwed around w/..... meaning long days or not getting home on time... you also have a union looking out for you... your PM at CS will always cave into what jon (cheif pilot) wants to do... like I said you have no say at CS...the reason why you don't hear much on this board is most guys are scared to say anything for fear of reprisals.... cs is a great place to be for a few years but netjets will be a career move for you...cs is not. you will get so fed up w/ their b/s that you will wish you went to netjets w/in a few months... cs wants limo drivers...not pilots.

I vote for Flex.

Pay and conditions are rapidly improving there and you don't have to pay union dues.

Flex is a place you can plan on hanging around until retirement.

Yeah... if your definition of retirement is getting laid off in about 2-3 years.

There's a man in Omaha who is taking over the world of fractional flying with his friend in Woodbridge at the helm.

NetJets is, and always will be, the premier fractional ownership company.

What aircraft if there is choice!

What aircraft is the best if there is the choice!

How is the benefits for family in your fractional, does company only pays yours or hole family medical insurance!

Thanks

Happy Landings

Hey wolfpackpilot
Please explain.
I'm on my way to Flex. It seems to be a class outfit. What is the Omaha connection?
What do you mean about the lay-offs?
No B.S. , just answers please.
Thanks

"Net jets...much better rules...seniority based system..."

Flame bait...
