Where to start in Minneapolis/St. Paul

Anyone have any ideas on were to start looking in MPLS/St. Paul for part 91 gigs? Thanks

Flying cloud airport in Eden Prarie, Signature at MSP, and Holman field in St. Paul. Start asking questions and knocking on doors. It ain't pretty but it has proven effective for many people.

If you are wanting 91, good luck! I know of about 50 airline pilots that are looking to get out and into 91 flying. Since you only have 1500 hours, try 135. Capital City Air in Pierre has several planes based out of the cities and they will hire you if you are breathing, if you are not breathing they will hire you as long as your not blue yet.

I think the best place to start is by buying an airline ticket to either So. Cal or Florida.

Yeah, I tend to agree... Pt 91 in MSP is a real tough one. Especially with your time, I'd also aim for 135...

As a side note: I saw "Military" in your profile. If that's true, 3M has a particular hankering for ex-mil. Not too sure if they're lookin' for guys right now though....
