Where to live in CLT?

I'll be moving to CLT pretty soon for a new job and was looking for a place to live. Where would the best place be for a young single guy looking for nightlife and hot girls? I'm thinking of a condo or townhome but I'd be open to a single family home as well. Thanks.

I saw the one thread that talked about good family areas and that sort of thing. I guess basically I just wanted to know where the younger crowd goes.
