It's mid May, and Mesa still hasn't set a date for its 2nd quarter earnings release and conference call. The quarter ended almost 6 weeks ago. I guess there in no hurry to report bad numbers. Just a guess, but I'd say they will skip the conference call, like XJT did.
 
Good question. I'm showing 12 May as the latest release date. They were to be released on the 8th but revised that date on the 9th.
Another source shows it due 19 May.

Well, Mesa would need to cook the books for quite a while to appear to the financial world as a viable company. Medium rare just isn't going to do it...
 
They are having a meeting today, right now i think, on whether or not to allow MESA to sell more shares to raise cash. This meeting was called before the HAL settlement, so the need to sell more shares at the current prices would be ridiculous. I guess we will see in a day or two or maybe even this afternoon on what the shareholders decided. I would expect numbers after that.
 
Their stock is up $.06. . doesn't look good. For the rest of the industry I mean.
