Where do you get your uniform slacks?

I have been thinking of ordering some new uniform slacks in "true navy blue". I bought some of those plastic stain resisting docker slacks, what a waste of money, the pants pocket where my wallet rides has holes warn through already in all three pairs.

What about belt buckles?

I used to get my navy blue uniform pants at Walmart. They were only the slightest bit off the blue of the jacket, but you could only tell if you got real close. Probably made in Dirkadirkastan, Indochina, or Indosweatshop by 6 year olds, and they weren't quite as nice as the expensive ones from the company (probably made in the same factory anyway), but they were only 15 bucks. Can't seem to find them in that shade anymore.
