From a press release in August 2008:

"Kenn Ricci, the chairman of FlightOptions, recently joined negotiations with the Flight Options pilots' union. When asked how his personal involvement will change the focus at the bargaining table, Kenn said, "Our employees are our most precious resource and we recognize that our pilots are the most important part of delivering exemplary safety and service to our customers. As such, we intend to offer our pilots a long-term contract that recognizes them as the best in the industry."

I know you and/or your managers read this forum Mr. Ricci, hasn't it been long enough? Where is that offer that "recognizes them as the best in the industry" ??? When will live up to what you say in the press?

You should consider yourself lucky that the mediator has put out a gag order, because IMO, it's past time for an IBT press release telling it like it really is.
