Having flown the E145,135,140 and the CRJ200,700,900 I would chose the 900 over all of them but between the 200 and the 145 I would take the 145.

What's the difference between the -900 and the -700 from a pilots perspective? I was under the impression they were the same except the -900 didn't perform as well. Have I been misguided?

I flew the 145 at Chautauqua. It was a piece of crap, and I had to get out of that place mostly because of the people. Now I fly the 700, which is a better performer, but nothing climbs like a do-jet!

The one that has the biggest pay check...

The same retardeda$$ comment! "the one that has the biggest paycheck" when was the last time you saw a big paycheck at a regional that operates either one of these. Pinc*e mamon!

You keep sticking your head out of that hole huh? You are probably the only person in the history of the company who was hated by nearly every captain you flew with. Funny that while the employees at CHQ have become unified in disgust of mis-management you were constantly crying to Bart with your head under his desk. Enjoy Go-Jets; it fits you perfectly.

Most CHQ guys that went from 145 to CRJ hate the CRJ. It's probably a question of what you're used to. Some points I know for a fact: 145 systems much more automated, we don't need climb charts to find out if we can maintain 300 fpm into the mid-thirties. CRJ somewhat less restrictive on ZFW and MLW issues. CRJ supposedly somewhat nicer to hand-fly (lighter aileron forces)? None of which matters a darned bit to my self-worth as a pilot.
