What exactly did you want to hear?

Pick the one that has a domicile where you live or where you want to live. Barring that, pick the one with the easiest commute, the bigger paycheck, the faster upgrade, etc.

The 700/900 is more capable airplane than the 145 is...but for the love of Buddha don't pick based on that alone!

Having flown the E145,135,140 and the CRJ200,700,900 I would chose the 900 over all of them but between the 200 and the 145 I would take the 145.
