Sounds like Jazz blew some tires on a Dash:
Albany International Airport has closed indefinitely after an Air Canada flight experienced four tire failures, according to spokesman Doug Myers.
The plane declared an in-flight emergency because one of its turboprop engines experienced difficulty. Myers says the airplane landed on the airport's runway, but stopped at the intersection of the runway. All four of the tires deflated
Seven passengers and two crew members were on board at the time, no one was injured. Those passengers were taken to the main terminal.
