What's the lump on the top of SQ B744's?

No, NOT the upper deck!

All Singapore Airlines have a lump on the top, in line with door # 4. Its over the main galley in the economy cabin. I've not seen it on other airlines - ever. If you look here, you can see it quite clearly....

Anyone got any ideas? Not that this is hugely important, of course - I'm just a nosey bastard
