Whats the current Army fixed wing need?

Well I swear in on the 20th and I'll start drilling once a month at the unit by my house. Then In january I go off to Basic for I believe 8 weeks followed by WOCS hopefully right after basic. After WOCS flight school at Ft. Rucker. I'm hoping to get FW if not RW then after due time switch to FW or maybe interservice transfer to another branch.

I have two friends, both retired CW4s and both over 60, just report back to active duty as pilots on the RC-7 in Korea. It's my understanding they are not with a Guard or Reserve unit. So I guess they need FW guys
